PLC Programming

Process automation cannot be realized without a programmable logic controller (PLC). We use established systems such as Siemens S7, Siemens TIA Portal to create the system software for process automation including visualization, error message processing and higher-level communications. We automate time-consuming routine work using innovative design tools. We greatly appreciate good communication and close cooperation with our customers so that we can avoid any ambiguity in design. The importance of safety-related control tasks is increasingly becoming part of the PLC remit. Our experienced software engineers work closely with the machine manufacturers in developing the necessary program structures.Customer standards such as VASS and Integra are the basis of programming.

Robot Programming

Programming of the industrial robots in the plants can be done in different ways. Our experienced programmers are able to produce top-quality robot programs, which only require minimal online programming efforts on site, by means of current offline systems such as Process Simulate. Offline programs provided can be used for follow up, of course, or the scope of services can be rendered entirely online.

Virtual Commissioning

Time is money, and deadlines on a construction site are always tight. So, before we go to a construction site, we simulate sensitive critical processes within complex automation systems. This allows us to effectively check and resolve functional sequences, cycle time risks and collision risks. We simulate the complicated procedures of PLC programs as well as the enmeshed motion sequences in robot programs. To do this, we use systems such as Process Simulate.
